In early July of this year I had what I was later told was a mild heart attack. I became nauseated, dizzy and had a pain in my back. I called my daughter who lives a few blocks from me who wanted to take me to the hospital. At the time, I did't realize that I might be having a heart attack and refused to go. I asked her to call my granddaughter Kimberli Ridgeway. I knew that she has wonderfully healing hands and I wanted her to massage my back. She came in the middle of the night massaged my back , neck and shoulders and I felt better but was still very nauseated.
